2007 World Scramble Championship

The World Scramble 2007 Championship included over 100 local qualifiers and over 440 golfers and club head golf professionals heading to Las Vegas, Nevada, to compete for the World Scramble Championship. The event was hosted superbly by the management and staff of Primm Valley Golf Resort, and Treasure Island Hotel and Casino was the Las Vegas Strip Headquarters for the tournament.

Kahunaville inside the Treasure Island Resort was the spot for registration and the welcoming reception.  The world's finest "Tom Cruz" bartenders competed for bragging rights (and tips) for the crown in splendid fashion.  

Thirty-six holes of golf were played over two courses at Primm Valley, followed by entertainment, Texas Hold'em Poker at the Mirage, and partying on "The Strip."  A spectacular Finals Party Event emulating the Playboy Mansion Party the year earlier was planned poolside at Treasure Island, but it was literally blown into the pool with 80+ MPH winds, and the party was moved inside (a little tight, but fun).
